    What premises do you disagree with Spanky? If you can’t pitch your relievers two days in a row and there are other injuries like Green today you end up with a bunch of unavailable relief, while Pearson rots in the minors. The game could have blown up well before that as well with Cabera pitching multiple high leverage innings. It’s not ideal, now after today does it even matter, not really I imagine Romano and Swanson will ramp up and be fine pretty quick here. A little bit more savy roster management may have won the game today. Don’t know.
