    If Romano and Swanson aren’t available for back to backs yet should they even be up yet. Genuine question not trying to gotcha, feels like we f***ed ourselves with roster management in this game. Although long con it may be necessary to get the bullpen set up.

    Was Green not available? From what I remember Swanson was getting hit around a bit in triple A would not have had him in high leverage right off the bat like that. Would have been nice to go to a flame thrower like Pearson in that stage of the game but instead we have to baby Francis and white. Stupid.

    Wouldnt this problem fix it self? Pitchers are going to reel back from throwing so hard at such a young age as injuries keep piling up and front offices are going to stop signing pitchers to such long term deals if they're so fragile.

    This is exactly what I thought, when he first got called up every broadcast they were talking about his hole up in the zone to the heater, even himself declaring it. Yet he continued to mash the league other than his slump to end the season, it got to the point that it was a meme that he was just gas lighting opposing pitchers into throwing him high heat, that he could handle. Also isn't also kind of a benefit to know where your holes are at the plate, where as someone like Vlad you just have no idea what in the f*** is wrong with him from ab to ab.
