    Our magic number is 4 (technically 5 but we own the tiebreak, so a tie is all we need). If we win both games today, I would throw Buerhle out tomorrow, hope he goes 6+, then a day off. We would have 2 games left. If we clinch by then, just toss him out in one of those games and let him get his innings even if he struggles If we lose one today, regular plan, he pitches Friday and maybe throw him in last game if we clinched. If we loss both today, sorry Buerhle not going to happen, unless the Royals go on an L streak

    I kind of hope the Yanks win today, so that the Jays can win today and tomorrow and celebrate it with a win. Much more exciting to clinch immediately on a win than clinching when another loses. But I won't be upset at all if the Yanks lose and we clinch that way
