I hate how every time we lose a lead, it feels like every hitter tries for a home run swing. Yes, tying it in one swing is great, but KC proves again and again how effective small ball is. Just get on base, it causes pressure, forces the stretch, causes errors (Game 5 Texas showed that, one error led to another and another)
Apart from Revere and Colabello, it feels like everyone else just goes for the HR swing when we're down now (Goins too, but he's in such a slump, I'm not expecting much, great 2B today though.) A bunch of 3-4 pitch strikeouts late in the game all with home run cuts
