    Thats crazy. I was at last nights game...HUGE crowd for a Tuesday night. 15,000 more than a normal Tuesday. (Usually would be under 25,000 midweek for a team like Oakland, there were 39,000+) If this keeps happening, and we average more than 40,000 per game from here on out, might we see a significant payroll bump, allowing us to resign Price?

    I disagree that he came off as a complete jackass. I heard rumours of him being a difficult teammate in the minors, but in terms of fan friendly he was fantastic. I was fortunate enough to go to a game where we sat in the action seats and got to watch BP on the field before the game, and Brett was by far the most willing to take photos and sign balls. He made sure every single one of us at BP (there were about 100 of us) got time with him. No other player came even close to spending that much time. Most ignored us. A few came over for a couple snaps but then left everyone else hanging. He made everyone's day that night. I wish him nothing but the best in Oakland!
