  1. This is a great article. Thanks for posting the link.
  2. If Saunders was healthy and Pompey played a little more like last year our offence would be unbelievable.
  3. I don't think there is any way he gets fired. He's made great moves and now he's handcuffed by Rogers. There is no way in hell I fire him. Gibby? Meh. Who knows.
  4. He's rolled 7's with all of this year's moves.
  5. Well, you need to start sleeping with Asians that are older than 18.
  6. For the record, I have found Asians pretty awesome in bed. Generally. So I agree with you. Deadpool is right.
  7. I love Kawasaki. I do not think he's a mascot. I think he needs to be on this team. I know I am in the minority there.
  8. Yep, I agree. Very slack. In fact when the bannings started I was a little shocked. For the record I love being able to f***ing swear on this forum. It's f***ing awesome. Now back to Cecil sucking ass...
  9. f*** no, this is all about me.
  10. Are there any doubts? Just looks at his stats! f***, this team's requirement to save a few million and recycle a bunch of s***** arms in the bullpen has cost us the season. Had to vent.
  11. I agree. I'd rather call up Doubront or Wolf than trade for that POS.
  12. Pillar has a 1.2 WAR right now. His defence numbers aren't as high as I expected. Anyway, as a projected 4th OF a 1.2 WAR is great. I love him on the team right now.
  13. Sure. Doubront may be called up to work Sanchez's next start. He's showing well in AAA. Santana is still coming back from injury. I doubt he starts a minor league game until July. Wolf, he might be called up for Sanchez if Doubront isn't. Last I checked Doubront was pitching better. So, in sum, Wolf continues to be org depth. Francis. I suspect he'll be DFAed soon. He won't be called up again unless a lefty gets hurt.
  14. I am sooooo happy you posted this.
  15. The perfect GIF for that joke.
  16. You can say that about nearly everything. Is a latte at SB worth $4? Loaf of bread worth $3? Etc.
  17. If the traded is coming close, I am pretty sure GM_AA, or someone, would contact those players and their agents and ensure they know TO isn't the taxed black hole rumours indicate.
  18. Because you sign Hamels you can definitely let Dickey walk next year. Also, if there is still a surplus of youngster, some pitching can be traded for position players if necessary. I'd trade Norris+ for Hamels every day of the week.
  19. Sweet tip, thanks.
  20. History shows that can certainly mishandle a solid prospect. Snider readily comes to mind. But now that I've read some comments, they want him to be reunited with his old batting coach, and get him away from the TO area. Makes sense.
  21. I think there is a big difference. Why even make this comment? Back in the bad old days when AAA was Las Vegas sure. But now? No.
  22. I honestly don't know if Gibby should be fired or not. But who would be the obvious replacement choices?
  23. I think you may have been sarcastic, there. But I have high hopes for Hoffman and Osuna. Hoffman may be a #1 ace at some point soon, and Osuna will be a solid 2-3. Norris, well, I've never been a big fan. I'm hoping he can become a solid mid-rotation guy.
  24. Those are three great bats off the bench. I'd love a solid SP starter, but we may get that yet in either Doubront (has great numbers in the minors and a lively 95 mph fastball) or Santana (who's poised to get some action really soon). I'm just not sure I want to sacrifice ANY youth for this year when we could have such a nice young staff for next year. Tough call.
