    I don't think anyone was expecting him to come here with anything other than a "wink-wink nudge-nudge" sarcasm to their voice. It's more the disappointment/frustration that this type of thing keeps happening over and over, with nothing being done about it. Sasaki does not go to the Dodgers (or at least is less likely to) if they don't construct a superteam via loopholing with deferrals and no owner limits on spending.
