I still cannot understand how this management team has faith in Hoffman in the closing role after the last 4+ months of this guy. It's not like this is a small sample size of games we're dealing with here.

I honestly wouldn't be opposed to have them share the MVP like in 1979 (although of course votes dictate that). Judge's offensive numbers are ungodly and the Yankees would be nowhere without him, but Raleigh is having a historical offensive season for catchers and combining that with plus defense. This is the closest MVP race I've seen.
