    Yeah I'm getting pretty sick of this management group seemingly not knowing when to stop with experimentation in the middle of a playoff race (or in playoff games). IKF f***ing sucks, there was no reason to bring him back, and put him on the hot corner no less.

    Yeah the bullpen deciding to collectively s*** the bed the last couple of weeks has not been ideal. Starters generally haven't been great either, probably lucky to get out of this stretch around .500. Hopefully Bieber continues to throw well.

    When Kirk is on, he is such a crucially important part of this team. His go-ahead single was on a frankly terrific breaking ball from Maton that was exactly where it was supposed to be located. Now 4-3 in this gauntlet of starting pitching since the Rockies series, would be fantastic to come out of this above .500 in this 9-game stretch.

    I think peak Pedro has him beat in this respect, but deGrom is easily top 5.
