    200 innings of mediocre pitching and 2 roster spots vs 200 innings from 2 guys being brought up and down from the minors throughout the year means really nothing except the 12 million and the extra spot for Thole. I would rather have Hutch and whoever else.

    Literally going to be a 42 year old, inconsistent , one pitch pitcher who is walking and giving up HR's at career highs with an xFIP you would get from a replacement level pitcher who can't strike guys out with a BABIP that shows he is NOT unlucky and there are fans that want to extend this guy and eat up 10 million or so in funds next year...LMAO.

    Extending Dickey is off the table for Kathleen Wynne as well as Mark Shapiro.

    No. The worst thing to do IMO is to buy high on a 34 year old DH/1B. Edwin destroying us or not should NEVER factor into a decision of buying high either.
