Bell seems to only offer the live TV option in their TV anywhere app for tablets & smartphones. It works really well with my android, pretty disappointing that don't have an option for desktop.

    I guess your right, although I'd still call it a depth signing even if either make the club and are playing game #1. Santana to push Norris down for depth and Viciedo to be used in several situations, I assume likely until Saunders return though I'm not sure if he's a worthy bench option.

    a) You don't call him up for 2 games Pretty sure ZiPS has him at replacement level in a full season, in a platoon situation he can be plugged in and like I said if a team with a $140MM payroll isn't willing to pay an additional $2.5MM mid-season to get them by, they should just fold.

    Some of you guys are just never happy, ffs. There is zero obligation to pay either player any money more than MiLB $. If we're in the position we were last year in July and 1 of our 5 starters go down (in most years they will), it sure would be nice to have the option of choosing a guy within the org who has had proven success in the past to hop in and close that gap without needing to ship out prospects in a trade for an overpaid player. The signing of Viciedo would likely be to platoon with Pillar for the inevitable time when Saunders stubs his toe and is out another 4-6 weeks. If you have to pay some $ to fill the gaps to continuing winning, I'm all f***ing for it. That's the cost of adding depth when your team doesn't have the prospects to fill the void.

    Yea, I think they need to make a trade. It would be absurd not to. To think Saunders is going to come back and play a full second half is very unlikely. I don't believe he'll play more than 40 games this year if he's truly out until the all star break. I guess you could argue that Andy Dirks could be available then but that's hard to predict.
