  1. Man, it's a pretty short list of pitchers that Goins is not overmatched by.
  2. It was my son's 7yr bday party at my house today. It was a f***ing zoo, I'm currently unwinding with lots of MGD. Also, Happy Birthday!
  3. We have a couple ppl over watching it in my theater room downstairs with my wife. I'm watching the Jays upstairs, recording the concert lol
  4. That was the grossest line up of the year... and we struck out another 15 times. No Bautista, Donaldson,Tulo, Pillar... we need to get healthy down the stretch.
  5. Well that's an extreme example of intent that could hurt someone and most definitely should be removed from the game. Hence the name "chase headley rule", going out of the range of the bag that could easily result in injury. Those are exactly the type of plays that don't belong in the game... For every play like that though there's 99 regular ones that don't need instant replay, automatic outs, suspensions, etc. when there is no risk of injury and otherwise is just part of the game. No... even a contact sport like football you can't hit a receiver before he touches a ball... if a runner is sliding within range of a bag making an otherwise routine play of trying to break it up while there is no risk of injury to a fielder let it play out. It doesn't need a suspension or an extra automatic out. It's especially stupid when the infielders don't always do their part by stepping off to get out of the way but instead stay right on the bag. They don't get any push back for that.
  6. how are those 2 plays remotely the same?
  7. It's Ninja Turtle, amigo.
  8. Still don't like it, common sense should always take precedence imo. If a player isn't intentionally trying to hurt someone let it play out.
  9. 1) We don't play baseball year round in Canada 2) Not a popular sport in a relatively small populated country Even our best all-star team probably loses to USA's top local team. It'd be like Germany vs CHL champs in World Jrs.
  10. BJ Upton, nice of you to join the team! boom boom boom http://i.imgur.com/YW5cUOU.gif
  11. He was just trying to give JD insider tips on how to deal with a strikeout.
  12. Did he slam his bat because he was mad at Gibby? No... Slam your bat and Gibby will say something as he should, take it like a man and sit down.
