I think what made me so frustrated last night (and this morning) was that after Liriano was dealing I looked at the game as a preview of what to expect in the wild card game and well... we blew it and coin flips suck.

No the argument against implosion is that the team that ran away with the division would not have been stopped by us without the so called implosion. So calm your f***ing tits. All teams have their problems and regardless of our play we weren't going to win the division but you're welcome to jump ship and join the Red Sox fap party if that's your deal. After we've been eliminated then by all means have your implosion rants and discuss all of the small issues that lead to a total collapse of a season or whatever you'd like call this. Until then, some of us don't like to be constantly put in a downer while watching meaningful baseball games in September that we've dreamed of since we were teens...
