    I think his power comes back and the walk rate returns to his career average but I will say I'm a little scared of the strikeouts. His whiff rate climbed 4 consecutive years prior to this one so it looks like a trend more than a blip. One other thing I've noticed that as a Blue Jay he takes a lot of fastballs right down the middle which is odd. I really want/thought he could return to vintage Tulo but its looking tougher and tougher.

    Yeah congrats on the W. I regret not promoting Story now. Just think I could have had 11 HR from two SS this week lol.

    His arm looks just as bad as it did last year after he got hurt. There has been a few opportunities where he could have aired it out yet he's lobed the ball in. I don't know if he's scared that he doesn't want to hurt it again in a contract year but it hasn't looked good so far.

    Yeah I have zero interest in curling lol. I probably wouldn't even go for free to the Brier if someone asked me.

    I'd still take Saunders. Its not like if Saunders goes on the DL Carrera becomes the everyday LF. Ceciliani or Pompey would be called up to fill that role.

    No its on Thursday since the home opener is on Friday. Tickets are Sold out but I am selling my 2.

    Pitch talks is tomorrow night where there will be lots of guests including Blue Jays president Mark Shapiro, Fangraphs Dave Cameron, Dan Shulman, Arden Zwelling etc.. I have 2 tickets that I can't use anymore. Would anyone from here be interested in going? I can transfer the tickets through ticketmaster. They costed $35 each.

    So now that we hear Donaldson strained his calf in Montreal. Opening the season on the s***** turfs of Montreal and Tampa certainly didn't go well. Both Donaldson and Saunders hurt their legs.

    With Floyd and Chavez looking good at least the top 5 in the bullpen is good. Leon needs to be DFA'd. Junkballer.

    lol how many times does it have to be said he wasn't available. If the training staff tells Gibby Storen isn't available theres nothing he can do. The annoying thing was taking out floyd for Leon while Osuna was still in the pen.

    If he blew his arm out today you'd be the one saying he should have rested. Pitchers lose effectiveness pitching 3 days in a row and I don't see how much money he makes is relevant.

    Warmed up last night and pitched the night before. Don't forget its a day game today so you lose 6 hours rest you normally would have.
