  1. collebello needs to find a rainbow and discover some moar babip luck
  2. Jesus. Look where this s*** bag ump is standing, no wonder he called it a ball.......definitely more about incompetence than "out to get anyone"
  3. He definitely was wild, but the ump was also very inconsistent for both the Yankees and the jays. It was very telling when martin bitches hard to the ump and the next two pitches thrown were called strikes even though they were basically catching the same part of the plate as the previous two pitches. I was opposed to robo strike zone not to long ago, but when I see inconsistent s*** bag umps heavily influence games like this one it really sways the needle in favor of it.
  4. martin should call for a nice high fastball at the umps face then drop the glove
  5. sanchez doesnt look happy about the zone either
  6. i hate this inconsistent strike zone, its retarded
  7. this ump is so inconsistent
  8. haha, first time i seen it
  9. I was under the impression that wasn't the case, are the season opening option rules different from what is stated below? "MORALES TO THE DISABLED LIST The Blue Jays placed left-hander Franklin Morales on the disabled list with left shoulder fatigue. The club made the move retroactive to April 7. Morales has appeared in two games for Toronto, throwing two-thirds of a scoreless inning. This leaves the Jays short another left-handed reliever at an inopportune time; the left-handed hitting-heavy New York Yankees come to town for a three-game series beginning on Tuesday night. Aaron Loup, on the disabled list with a left elbow strain to start the season, isn’t close to returning. “He’s still a little ways off,” said Walker. “He’s playing catch and feeling good; all those things are positive signs but he’s still obviously not in games yet.” Another complicating factor is the 10-day option window to begin the season doesn’t expire until after Tuesday’s game. The Jays can’t recall players optioned at the start of the season, which includes potential left-handed relief help like Pat Venditte or right-hander Ryan Tepera, who the club likes in the righty-lefty matchups. Someone not currently on the 40-man roster would have to be added should the Jays wish to make a move in time for Tuesday’s game. This is doable without making a 40-man deletion as 38 of the 40 spots are occupied."
  10. The point was the Jays cant waive him while he sits on the DL, and I believe May 18th is when he is fully vested for the season
  11. Maybe hes gonna sit on the DL till may 18th to ensure he gets his full 2 million......
  12. Venditte/Tepera cant be called up for 10 days from the start of the season, so wednesday would be the earliest he can be recalled.
  13. it'd be better if Edwin missed the high five and hit his face by accident instead.....with the same reaction following..
  14. The worst part is pillar was gifted the leadoff spot and he's to too dumb to recognize the value of plate discipline batting at the top of the order. His comments about hacking away in preseason made me cringe. Ffs the pitch he stuck out on in the first could of hit him
  15. Jays need to get their bats under control, striking out at an epic rate right meow. They should still finish top 5 in fewest strikeouts.
  16. Doesn't GD your handle stand for god damn?
  17. Can we rename the GDT to game day reactionary thread?
  18. Naw that's the label you've earned around here brah
  19. Bats needs a 3 run tator to make up for his derp
  20. He's right, the pitch has looked great
