    Has anyone also noticed Mookie Betts is putting on his own interpretation of Kevin Pillar? Only 1 walk, batting just .222 now, with a horrendous OBP.. and yet dingbat Farrell continues to use him in the leadoff spot.. is it a wonder the Sox are hovering around .500, just like we are?

    Farrell being dumb again--using Craig Kimbrel in the 8th in a tie game, with the risk the Sox may not score in the bottom of the inning, especially considering how dominant Happ has been today.

    Well, I expected Uehara to break.. I mean, he needs a break! 8 appearances so early.. of course, the Sox pen is weak after Tazawa/Uehara/Kimbrel, as we saw yesterday.

    Especially when they're hitting sh*t relievers like Wilhelmsen and Faulkner.. Jays could probably do the same thing. Why can't we have a break from the AL East already..

    It's only 11 games in. And most of the AL East isn't doing that well either.. Yanks are struggling (losing 7-1 to fricking Seattle!) and the Rays.. don't ask! (oh and they lost Kiermaier to a potential concussion on that collision with Forsythe.)

    Not so good for Faulkner and Wilhelmsen--one has earned a DFA and one has a trip to AAA looming after this disaster.

    Time to end the Pillar leadoff experiment. He's still not doing well there. And one of Smoak or Cola need to go.. neither are hitting. And Smoak just probably lost more playing time after that 4 K game..

    Looks like Cola is losing respect with Gibbons.. Smoak should be playing every day anyway.

    Apparently Storen's velocity is down early this season.. concerning for the Jays.. but at least he's still playing. Revere, who they sent to Washington, is on the DL.. and despite the Nats early strength, they need him back--Taylor strikes out too much, and Werth isn't doing well..
