Geez, what's going on with the AL East this year? Rays are losing starters almost as much as the Jays did last year (Hellickson, Moore, Cobb), Yankees have two good young starters in Pineda and Tanaka who should be the #1 and #2 on the team, as Kuroda isn't as good, and Sabathia/Nova are garbage. But they need someone other than Solarte to step up, as he's going to cool off sooner or later.
And the Orioles don't have decent pitching outside of Tillman. And the Red Sox.. they seem to be having quite a post World Series hangover with all the injuries. Losing Pedroia could be devastating for a team already struggling offensively and seeing significant regression from Doubront and Buchholz.
