Royals lead 5-0. But at the rate the Tigers are going.. we may soon be fighting the Tigers for the wild card. Their strong rotation is being offset by a bad offense and that terrible bullpen which one again blew a game for the Tigers. And Ausmus is sticking with Nathan because Chamberlain isn't that great, and Soria is DL bound.
Dunno. Now we have not just the O's to boo, now we have the surging Royals as well. Not believing in the Yankees.. they've got the O's next week, and based on what the O's are doing right now, they could hurt the Yankees playoff hopes critically.
As for the O's.. the Cardinals are still struggling with their offense. I still think St. Louis could miss the playoffs if their offense doesn't improve, especially with a surging(and far superior) Pittsburgh Pirates team.
This is more the Anibal Sanchez that has been sucking in Detroit lately, especially since July. And with no offense, Detroit is digging itself in a deep hole.
I've been on the Tigers board, and they're grilling the front office because of their terrible offense lately.. especially Castellanos, Avila, and a regressing JD Martinez.
