    Buchholz just got the game tied up again.. 7-7. 5 IP, 8 H, 7 ER, 5 BB, 4Ks, 6.22 ERA. How did this guy go from an ace to near Ricky Romero status?

    And the Yanks just tied it. Buchholz has apparently gotten the same problem as Ricky Romero and Brandon Morrow.

    Just shows that strong teams can lose to bad teams as well. It isn't just the Jays.

    Agreed. ALl they've done on Baseball Tonight is kiss the Yankees' backside. Expect the Red Sox to win this one and make them eat crow..

    The A's then proceeded to lose 2 of 3 to Kansas City's strong pitching. Suddenly, they may be in trouble too.. the Angels are only a game back.

    BTW, Cole Gillespie is off the Jays 40. Outrighted to Buffalo.

    Good chance. No wacky ballpark like in Houston, and an O's team that is due to cool off.. we're not the Mariners.. we will score. Our offense is not like the Mariners, and we have a reasonable record vs the O's (5-5, but a +10 run diff.) Matchups are Norris, Chen and Gonzalez. Fairly good chance we can take 2, although Chen may be tough.

    We're still going to be about 1.5 to 2 games ahead even with this loss. And we're lucky that the Tigers are facing the Yankees this week, and the Mariners get the Braves. We just need to beat the O's.

    Not a DFA. It just removes him from the 25 man but not the 40 man.

    Yes. O's don't get an off day though.. they need to play the Nats.

    I credit the Astros starting to show signs of figuring things out. They've had stretches of success this season, and could improve once Fowler and Springer return.

    God the Mariners are pathetic.. how do you get shut out vs. the O's? Someone in that org. needs to get fired.. their offense continues to ruin their good pitching.
