    I don't want to get into the politics of this Board. Its a great thing for baseball/Jays fans and I made a donation on visa for the privilege of using it. I was on the old Board and its a shanty town now. I just want to talk baseball. Lets get one back today Jays.

    Bring Pompey back up and leave him here for the rest of the f***ing year. He will give us more on D that Carerra or anyone else and if he is given a real shot he may actually put up decent offensive numbers. Even if he doesn't hit, he can actually play OF which would be a bonus.

    Was at a Journey concert at the Calgary Stampede last night so missed most of then game, but didn't need to see it to know this is a statement I support. His bat has been solid...more than we could expect but he can only play 1st or DH. He costs us too much on D in the OF.

    Cant argue with that but who the f*** else can really get it done? We went into this season sans Stro with a questionable pen. I never considered Osuna would ever play such a key role but he is now our most dependable arm. No disrespect to Delabar, Bo, Loup, Hendricks and others who have done a pretty good job overall.

    That's fair. I was cringing the 6 out close out he did a couple weeks ago. Kid is coming off TJ. His stuff still looks plus though. Funny to hear the ChiSox broadcasters rave about Osuna. He is clearly making a name around the league.

    On his D alone he is the best LF option we have regardless of any hitting issues.

    I don't think he is over used. Pitchers give up HRs and he was due. Happens to the best. The kid is nails.

    would that not be seriously awesome. I don't know how we have all maintained obsessed fan status so long with the drought as it is. Yesterdays game was really exciting and its July lol. Game before we are all spewing venom and eating our young and last night high 5s. Alomar's HR off Eck- Timlin to Carter 92 - the walk off 93 amongst many others are all indelible memories.

    We have to continue to stay there now to have it matter. BTW - read one of your posts where you mentioned "ignore" feature...after a yr on board I finally figured it out. What a diff it makes to weed out some of the noise. unreal.

    It drives me f***ing nuts that we make decisions on Pompey after 20 gms and now we will bring him cause he is raking in AA. He should have had a real shot. Bosox were patient with Betts and his fWAR is steadily climbing after a pretty slow start. Now because Norris doesn't walk anyone in one start he is cured and ready to come up? Boyd has one ok outing and one he is blown out so he is gone. I don't give a f*** about the Redmonds etc being yo yo'ed back and forth but with our young talent it just seems knee jerk and random. Travis would have probably gone down if he had a s***** April/May too.

    Ive always been worried about them in 2nd half. Playing beneath themselves in the 1st half. they are right there now too and they have to $ to add salary if need be. This isn't like the year they had Nutjob Valentine managing them and they dumped to LAD.

    Felix gave us a great start but he doesn't have a lot of potential. His W-L isn't really relevant. He could be a decent 5th SP and that would be enough for me with this offense.
