He has really struggled. (for him). Earlier on I thought it was injury related but now it just seems teams throw him breaking s*** away and he isn't getting to it or laying off. When they come in he is missing it often. He is still a threat.

The only reason you are remotely justified in playing Colla with his D liabilities is if he hits...a lot. So why does Gibby think Colla will hit Gray better than Smoak LH?

Was on road and just tuned in. Surprised Colla on 1st and Smoak sitting against tough RHP like Gray.(although I'm sure this has been covered). Does Smoak pick that JD throw? Tight game.

Me too but we just cant pay him 20mm per. I think when he is done he will be fully appreciated for incredible durability and consistency.

Agree on Loup....agree on Reyes except his BB rate and overall numbers on O haven't been what we would like to see either. Still have to keep running him out there because we know what he is capable of.

Agree. Not much luck for Loup. We are lucky to have him and Cecil as LH arms in pen. I hope it breaks his way 2nd half, but I don't understand Gibby keeping him in high leverage against RHH. Seriously wonder if he ever looks at or even considers these numbers.
