1. If you are going to use Sanchez I would have given him the next inning with that lead...and not used Lowe. 2. Hendriks should have finished the game. 2 GB hits and an E. Hardly getting mashed around. Gibby panics. I know he is worried about momentum and says so in his post game comments. I get that but I was one who didn't fault him for leaving in Price in Game 2 with no Cecil. But we are in back to back to back important gms and to use Sanchez, Lowe, Hendriks and Osuna in a game we are up by that much doesn't make sense to me.

That goes for not just the posters on this Board who said "no big deal". It will be the same for AA and Gibby etc. It was an odd approach and the BALT weather didn't help. HFA is a thing like it or not. Its real for this team. We play better at RC usually period. -
I was making this case the other night with a couple of knowledgeable posters who said: - its premature to move Jose to 1B as its a spot for heavy bats and his D numbers show he is above league avg. We all know his arm. I was surprised but they were right about the numbers except this season which was chalked up to the shoulder injury. - he likes RF and its a point of pride with him. He doesn't like the IF and has been clear about that. The last time we put him at 3B he missed time for back spasms. Whatever the numbers say, my eyes tell me he sucks pretty badly in RF right now. Is anyone confident on balls hit his way. I get this Reyes-like feeling on anything remotely tough hit there. I love the guy too, but the "almost catches" and bobbles and endless flailing around is adding up. I would still like to move him to 1B or DH him at some point soon.

People talk about Gibby's pen mgm. abilities. I'm not a Gibby hater but I think it's awful.
