    Read an article that Pedro Martinez asked the Mets to meet with Thor. Martinez was concerned that Thor was throwing 100% V too often and that it wasn't sustainable. he said that he did the same when he came up and it wasn't necessary or something that he could do in perpetuity. I never heard if the meeting between them took place.

    Yup. Smoak can f*** right off with his Bad Jobu 31% K rate. Its just not acceptable. So done with it, and yet he is resigned....in July?! He cant touch a FB up in the zone and cant hit a breaking ball to save his life. Painful.

    Decent piece. 28% K rate and doesn't BB much. His D numbers are ok, but he is a long way from the 5 WAR player he was in 2008. Upgrade over Junior Lake and Zeke who is crashing back down to earth. Not much to see here folks. Hope we didn't give up Pentecost.
