    I wish. Flight to NS @ 10am. When I booked this trip for some reason I thought they didn't play sunday. Dumb. It was hot today in the sun. You would have expired Spank.

    He has done a great job for us, but no. Travis has 4 WAR potential.

    There is no problem with Travis turning over the line up to Jose. He is a better hitter than Pillar but that makes the bottom of our order dangerous and gives Jose a chance to do damage with men on base. I'm ok with it.

    Sanchez? Does this mean you have made a decision and he will be starting all season....including playoffs? Edit: I think RA got 2 last playoffs didn't he. Happ and Price flipped in our rotation and we don't know about Sanchez. Not sure how you are so sure about this.

    The narrative based on past that RA starts slowly, but has a great 2nd half isn't playing out. I can't imagine that after dumping Storen they aren't seriously considering that Hutch could probably give them more than RA is the last 3 starts. Can you fathom giving RA the ball again in a playoff start? No.

    Teams are just tire kicking. Part of the process. I have no doubt Shapiro would try and get Jose to waive NTC if he thought it was the right move for the right haul now. But I see no scenario where that happens. I fully expect Jose to get hot; play lousy RF and do a lot to help us win this Division this year. Looking forward to it.

    That K pitch to Jose at 96 looked like one of Sanchez's best.

    From everything I've read and seen Upton's arm is still +. RF shouldn't really be an issue for a guy with his experience. Zeke's AB's lately have been just awful. Lets hope he comes out of this regression nose dive.

    absolutely. His wRC+ is down from the last 3 years 150s. He is K'ing more but his BB rate is his norm. Hopefully he goes on a holy tear. I don't think we have seen the best of the E-Rex yet this season, despite dem ribees.

    Edwin having a good year but after watching another K last night on a pitch away I had a look. 2015 - 98Ks 2016 - 87Ks to date K rate 20%. Its come down a lot from a slow start but its still up 5% from last couple seasons.

    Stro looked pretty good last night but seems to get into trouble in a hurry. Whats up with the HR/FB? 2014 = 6.5% 2015 = 14.3% 2016 = 17.2 Is the HR/FB ratio a function of the hard contact he is giving up and/or is it bad luck? He is leading the league in giving up crushed balls and earned runs.

    Bump. I haven't railed on Gibby since Leon vs Souza Jr but GTFO on losing the DH tonight. And stop f***ing playing Jose in RF when you don't have to. Great ugly W glossing over some total BS managing.
