Pearson does not look like a guy who has trouble locating. His stuff just makes him look like an ace and seeing his pitches end up all over the place doesn't mentally compute.

It's pretty bonkers that he could have retired after 2016 with 90.3 WAR and now he's at 87.0. Ken Griffey Jr had something similar IIRC where he could have played 5 or 6 less years and had a higher career WAR. -

They really shouldn't. It's one of the worst moves they could make and I refuse to believe the front office is dumb enough to do it. But then again... they do have Panik on the roster. If they have to have a worthless veteran creating a black hole in the lineup, I'd trade Panik for Pujols in a heartbeat. Not only does Pujols still project to be as good or better with the bat than Panik, he would bring a big red Santa bag full of vetrin presents. At the same time, finally Old Yeller'ing Panik would remove his disgusting presence out of the way of Espinal on defense, which could only be a plus. -

Nah, I just thought I remembered him pitching several times lately and didn't think he needed to be throwing there. Didn't realize he hadn't pitched since May 2 and needed the work. Guess I'm dumber than Charlie Montoyo. Thanks man.

Nah, I don't have the time haha. I get paid to write articles, I ain't doin it for free! I don't know who writes these but they appear on a lot of different sports sites every day before games so I'm assuming there's a firm out there that creates these previews. Or they're getting it from some central source like MLB. As for where I get them specifically, I pull these each day along with the game preview and injured list graphics off Sportsnet.
