Clearly Boxy does since he seems pretty triggered by me pointing out he made an obvious factual mistake over something so trivial. Man I can see why Grant does this, it takes such little effort to appear to be a glorified douchebag who's always right. Except, you know, the fact that he usually isn't.

You could have said "the Giants' best pitcher", "one of their best players", etc. Making a factually incorrect statement brings down your post's intention and impact. And yes, Posey is undoubtedly the Giants' best player. Fite me

He's reasonably projected to end up a top 10 catcher all-time by the time his career is over. Bumgarner is a fantastic pitcher, his douchey antics aside he's a fun guy to watch pitch, but he's just not on Posey's level of excellence.

Without including framing - at which Posey is like best in the league category, to the benefit of Bumgarner - the latter has only out-WAR'd the former twice: once in 2011 when Posey was out for the year and once in 2016. Posey also projects for over a win better, and again this is without factoring in framing. It's pretty clear to me that Posey is the superior player, and always has been. That's right, I put my Grant boots on for this one.

Luckily the Raps stopped embarrassing themselves in the third, but Durant just did unspeakable things to OG despite excellent defense. There's only so much you can do against the level of this team and its players.

I don't know what you're getting at here. I don't expect the Cavs to crap out come the playoffs, but they most certainly are not the clear cut best team in the East like the last couple of years, the Celtics and Raptors present huge problems for them. Could I see Cleveland winning the East? Of course, but they won't just sweep everyone like last year.

This team could easily beat the Cavs in a playoff series, I have no doubt about that. Our bench is like, the best in the NBA. Now whether that means they will play at a high level come the playoffs like they're capable of, and LeBron will completely dominate as usual, is a different thing.
