    I would want to participate in this dispersal draft. I've tried my best to acquire cheap talent and have had some luck with breakout players (Aguilar, Jed Lowrie) but I was kind of left a mess to work with that won't be easy to climb out of. I'm fine with keeping my team as is and keep rebuilding, but if given the option I would prefer to try to build a better team the way I would have intended from the start.

    Yeah there's depth but we're missing high end pieces to be truly competitive. The floor of the team is decent but the ceiling doesn't seem very high. Obviously adding Vlad, Bichette at some point and a full season of Jansen along with some of our other prospects will help elevate that, but they're all too young to rely on. Should be an exciting offseason.

    He's decidedly NOT hitting like a LF though, so then you're just taking playing time away from McKinney, Hernandez, Alford etc. I feel bad for the guy but at this point he has to be cut or moved, he just doesn't have a place on the team.

    I know you have said that they've been wanting to implement this for a while, working out brilliantly and seems to have been pretty well accepted throughout the league in terms of teams trying this strategy as well.

    The walk rate was passable though, I don't know why his BABIP is so low but given that he doesn't have a Joey Gallo flyball profile I wouldn't count on that going forward unless he literally just isn't a very good hitter. It's not like he's Kevin Pillar chasing at everything out there.
