He's a league average hitter in that timeframe with a 10% walk rate. Not bad for a mirage. -
He's literally a two-pitch pitcher, he's gonna throw the slider a lot as a result, the same pitch that's a swinging strike machine for him. If you expect him to mix it up with a vulcan change and a 12-6 curve I got news for you.

Trout, Lindor, Jose Ramirez, Mookie Betts, Carlos Correa, probably Juan Soto, probably Matt Chapman (much higher floor), probably Freddie Freeman, Alex Bregman, I still don't fully buy into Aaron Judge but he's certainly more valuable at this point. Could make cases for Acuña, Benintendi, Kris Bryant, Corey Seager.

I just went and saw that SRF had 12 swinging strikes on 97 pitches. The MLB average SwStr% is 10.6%, 10.1% for starters. For reference Royals hitters swing and miss at an 11.2 percent rate.
