  1. lol well, if it's the best tasting cherry ice cream ever then well worth it but that is a lot to pay $15/kg. Damn.
  2. I've lived within walking distance of a Dunkin Donuts most of my life. Walking helps burn off some of those donuts but I had to stop going as often. Good thing I'm broke. It helps against the temptation haha
  3. lol I might have to start using that phrase from now on.
  4. Anything hit in the same zip code as Goins, he smothers it and get the out.
  5. I would but I can't guarantee that I won't eat most of them first.
  6. I have to give them credit, that was a hell of a play.
  7. Come on Kawi work your magic and get another bloop hit for a run!
  8. The Jays look like a completely different team since the break. They're being patient, taking pitches, working counts, running the pitchers' counts up, not flailing at balls out of the zone (at least more often than not). They seem confident and ready to take on any pitcher.
  9. I can imagine the look on Francisco's face when they went home. Looked like he thought he was about to be hit in the face.
  10. Please don't hit into a double play fatso! Base hit let's go Navarro!
  11. You're reading my mind since I guessed at about the same amount a year he could make. He might be one of those guys who figures it out after he leaves.
  12. http://insider.espn.go.com/blog/the-gms-office/post?id=10023Has anyone read and/or posted this yet? I didn't want to make a new thread for it in case it was posted but I was wondering what it said. Probably nothing we don't know or can guess: http://insider.espn.go.com/blog/the-gms-office/post?id=10023
  13. I still like Rasmus' potential in power and doubles but if the right deal comes along I'd send him out. It's almost certain, at least to me, that he'll leave for FA next year. Someone might give him more money and years than the Jays will. He's got a great swing but he doesn't seem to put it all together. Maybe the Jays can give him a moderate increase on a one-year deal so they can see if he can put it together and it gives him a year to work on his numbers before hitting the FA market.
  14. The deadline is a nice replacement for Christmas morning when you're an adult The bad side is, much like when you're a child, you get the box of socks from a distant relative, or a bird knitted on a sweater that gets you beaten up when you're forced to wear it to school to make your grandmother happy because she bought it for you. (bonus points if you get the reference)
