    They're still mad at Cito for that ******** at the allstar game in 1993 when Mike Mussina started warming up (according to him, Cito asked him to, according to Cito, Mussina just started throwing in the pen of his own accord) but he was never put into the game. Also, I'm pretty shocked that we haven't gotten an O's fan from that board posting in this thread at all... Troll or otherwise.

    If Travis is worse than Goins was, I will eat my hat (but like, one of the hats I don't like, because most of my hats are awesome...) Also, f*** man, rookies can be good, they don't have to play until they reach free agency, then get signed before they have value. Mike Trout put up a 10 f***ing WAR season in his first full year at ~20. (Yes, I know Travis isn't Trout, but I'm using an extreme example to prove a point... There are many other rookies who have contributed to a competitive team. We have a competitive f***ing team.)

    Frankly, I'd have liked the Lind for Saunders deal MORE than the Lind for Estrada, Happ for Saunders deals. Personally I'm in the Happ > Estrada camp. I also feel that, as much as I loves me some Adam Lind (goodnight, sweet prince...), Saunders is the better overall fit for this team.

    I know, I wasn't citing that as a source for a, frankly, obscene amount of money, just an article on the subject. I would assume that, given his age, it comes from the intl. bonus pool. I also assume it's not nearly the amount mentioned above.
