    I wonder if a short Spring Training is going to benefit or hurt the remaining free agents. Teams could be randy to get them signed and give out contracts larger then what was anticipated.

    I don't think so. Have him play 2nd and you can have biggio Espinal platoon situation till Moreno is ready to come up.

    He could be a huge part of this team even if we sign Bryant or Taylor. He can platoon with Biggio or he can give us the flexibility to package biggio and be an everyday guy till Moreno comes up. He is a great piece to have.

    It would be interested to know if the Jays preferred Gausman over Ray or Ray preferred other teams over the Jays. Either way I think I'm happy with Gausman + the pick.

    I'm sure if there was a way to get rid of grichuks 10m dollar contract he would in a heart beat. I'm afraid we either have to just cut him and eat it or live with him.

    I would be shocked if Kirk is on our roster to start the year with Moreno likely up sometime this year it makes no sense right now to keep him or pigeon hole him as a dh. Now is the time to move him while his value is high. I'm thinking he will get dealt for a 3b or 2b and biggio/espinal will deal with the other.

    Alex Cobb could be a sneaky grab. With injury issues should not be too much of a price. And could be some nice upside without breaking the bank
