    I gave out full sized cans of pop last year. Only one kid showed up. This year I didn't bother buying anything. I has a pack of 6 "fun sized" Twix in the cupboard just in case but nobody showed up so we just ate them.

    Zeke didn't have any to start 2016 so he certainly doesn't have one now. IIRC, Goins had one left coming into 2016 and I think he used it. Loup had at least one coming into 2016 too and he spent some time in the minors as well but I think that was just a rehab assignment so I believe he'd be the only one of those three with an option. Barney, Travis, Biagini and Osuan should all still have options.

    I think it was a lame attempt at self deprecation. At least I hope so for his sake because you don't need to understand a thing about statcast to parse what's little more than plain English.

    I'm not a Cubs fan but if I were, I'd go Rizzo because he seems kind of underrated.

    Conner Greene is a hard guy to believe in. Acting seems like his real ambition.

    The Indians have a relatively weak lineup especially for a World Series team. They are managing to get the best out of what they have and do just enough to beat a far superior team and it's been fairly inspiring to watch. That being said, we might be a bit biased in how we're watching them because of the Shapiro connection. We might dismiss another team doing the same thing as being essentially undeserving and fairly lucky though ultimately there's no "right" way to watch or feel about a team.

    It's kind of awesome to see both these managers expose Showalter for the idiot he is. They both know when to pull their starters. They both know to use their good relievers.
