    In theory Tepera but since Estrada is about to be activated, there might be no need though they also could bring up Tepera or some other nobody up for just one game. Could come down to whoever has the most rest since it's just for the single game.

    Holy f***. I'm losing my mind. That's what I saw the first time I checked Baseball Reference and when I checked again I didn't see it.

    They brought in Chavez as a potential long man or starter. They brought in Storen. They didn't ignore it. It's just that their moves aren't looking so hot right now. Hendriks is missed but it's still early. Bullpen was a tire fire at the start of last year and eventually things settled down (at least until the Cecil injury in the playoffs which created further turmoil).

    Cecil pitches like himself and the team has what? Two more wins? That alone has made a huge difference.

    Yes that would have been the alternative. Gibby said Stroman looked gassed.

    Chavez and Morales were warming up a the same time presumably with the idea that Chavez would follow Morales instead he got thrown into the fire when Morales couldn't go. Really can't blame Gibby here.

    Yeah Chavez was probably getting warmed up for the next inning and got thrust into the Morales situation instead. Have to give Gibby a mulligan on that one.

    I don't think anyone has an explanation for that? Everyone pitched except Morales. Weird. I mean it was an off day yesterday so no reason why he wouldn't be available and he's had almost no work to this point anyways.

    Yeah lots of things went wrong thought the Holt AB was the turning point. I don't understand the point of having a loogy and not using him especially when you have a high leverage lefty for later too.

    He had no range but he made the plays on the balls that got to him. His arm obviously plays at 3B.

    Damn. Really thought this would be the laugher the team could use.

    Just saying that Bautista and EE were not the last 3B for this team. Lawrie was the 3B for several seasons. The other two haven't had significant time there in awhile.

    Damn the 8th against Uehara was the best shot. Too bad about that bunt.

    Martin's played 3B too, arguably better than the other two. Also, Brett Lawrie was the last 3B for this team.

    A bit surprising that they would use an extra player but he's probably a better 3B than Jose or Edwin.
