Dickey is pretty bad. I really don't think it's going to get much better, sadly.

I've given up hoping Dickey will be good. Just eat innings.

Singles are on average a little better than walks because baserunners can advance in non force situations. The value in walks comes from A) putting another runner on base and avoiding an out all without actually having to get a hit.

Whether it's the right thing to do or not, they will try to retool. I don't see Rogers blowing this thing up now, not with the ratings and attendance being what it is. I could see them pushing more money in to try to compete. -
Maybe they can make this a one run game, and lose with the tying run and 3rd and the winning run at 2nd
