That's the record we have to put up after the AS break to have a shot at a wild card spot. It's likely going to take 92 wins+ based on current standings. Things are definatively looking bleak. Even if we have a great 2nd half, playing at a near. 700 clip for the remainder of the season is near impossible. Time to look at trading some pieces away to try ans start rebuilding the farm. I think we need to be thinking shorter term right now. We need both short and long term goals, another good goal would be to win every series for the remainder of the month. We do that and we're right back in the thick of things. We need to start winning cconsistently now. -
I think for us to have any chance at the post season we need to be at or near. 500 by the end of this month. We would need to go 14-4 until the end of the month to get back to. 500. Though daunting it's not impossible. Winning this series in Boston would be a good start.
