    Well the Cavs were +160 entering the series so they were a slight dog as it was. Now that they won the first game it's going to be close to even.

    I didn't see this until now. I'd definitely be open to something like this. Let's swing even bigger though! I think you could frontload it more and then on the back end maybe get some options. Like what if we offered him a 12 year, 260 million dollar deal with 30 million dollar team options until he's 40? That way if he's still balling out of control we can just go year to year on him from then on. Age 20- $10M 21- $12.5M 22- $15M 23- $17.5 24- $20 25- $20 26- $25 27- $25 28- $25 29- $25 30- $30 31- $30 32- $30 33- $30 (option) 34- $30 (option) 35- $30 (option) 36- $30 (option) 37- $30 (option) 38- $30 (option) 39- $30 (option) 40- $30 (option) Maybe play with numbers how you want. Drop it to 12 years, 200 million or whatever you think you could get him at.

    The schedule helps but that advantage is basically wiped out and more by the slow start. Going to be tough to get a WC for them IMO.
