    JimC, a noted soy milk drinker, is in the camp that hates Bautista, along with Sam Dyson and a bunch of loser Ranger fans. Anyone who hates Bautista should take a good look around and ask themselves if this is the kind of company they want to keep.

    ^Someone is getting nervous. He's got a .894 OPS right now. Even if he sucks he could BABIP his way to a .800 OPS by the end of the month. If not we don't lose anything.

    I don't think it is until September and then again in late April in order to get an extra year of control. A year of control for that guy in his prime could be worth ~$60 million, maybe more.

    Yeah he's no longer needed. With Gurriel and Diaz both on the roster there are two SS's and now that Urena is healthy he can fulfill the shitbag MIF with options role. I'm glad the FO DFA'd him and not someone else. Even Luis Santos is better.

    So that's who was taken off the 40 man. Looks like the team may just use Urena for the role of "s***** middle infielder with options" moving forward?
