Sanchez struck out 14 over his last 11 and 2/3rds while walking only 3. Was it luck, did he make adjustments. Why did the Jays want to promote him. Did they want to see how his stuff played at the next level. Did they want him to work with a different pitching coach, catcher, be around a different type of player. I have no idea what their reasons were. I'm giving the organizational management structure the benefit of the doubt because they have all the information.
I know it's popular to disagree with every decision AA makes. He's clearly wrong all the time. Posters here who are working with far less information can easily make the right decisions. This game is so easy to make the right decisions that it's amazing how incompetent AA is when he has all the information and is still making the wrong decisions when joe blow can discern what is right or wrong with a fraction of the information.
Time will tell whether or not it was wise to move Sanchez up to AAA. I don't have an issue with people discussing why it may not be the correct decision. I just take issue with those that are convinced it was wrong. I don't understand how you could possible come to that conclusion.
I'm Switzerland, it's more about getting on the constant Jays bashers. I wish the Jays would have replaced AA in the offseason....maybe it wouldn't be so negative around here all the time.
