The Royals play the athletics 7 times and Seattle has them 6 times more...so this pleases me. The wild card is truly in the jays sights although I'd still rather win the division.

Have you missed every start stroman has made? Hutch is a solid young starter. Have you never heard of Norris, Nolin or hoffman? The jays have ee Reyes, Lind, Lawrie and Bautista for the next few years and some quality young starters in the system. The jays are also in a playoff position now. You probably said the jays were a lock for last place prior to the season getting going

jays over the last few years have averaged 350Kish viewers per night...that's 3 times the norm. The CFL is normally 2nd to hockey in the 700K range per game with playoffs(excluding grey cup) hitting 1 to 1.5 mil. that number for the Jays is huge....what more evidence do rogers execs need that taking on some more money in salary to improve the team is a good thing at this point.

I would have done happ plus Norris....but Stroman was untouchable. Stroman is basically in the mix for rookie of the year if you exclude Abreu and tanaka who aren't rookies.
