    What are you talking about? I'm not sure how you've turned the detroit tigers into the 2008 tampa bay rays in your own mind. The Tigers have a payroll of 173 million. The position of the Detroit Tigers has a lot more to do with Verlander, Cabrera, Martinez, Kinsler..etc than it does with Norris and Boyd. Somehow the Jays are the Phillies and guys like Ozuna, Sanchez, Travis, Stroman, Pillar are overlooked. The Jays have a mix of young players and vets, just like the Tigers.
