    Last year Oakland had Chapman who put up a 6.5 WAR, Lowry 4.9, Semien 3.7, Olson 3.4, Piscotty 3.0, Davis 2.6, Laureano 2.1 in 48 games, Martin 1.3 in 55 games, Canha 2.0 in 122 games, Pinder 1.8 in 110 games. Oakland wasn't a roster full of Drury's and McKinney's.

    I could really go with seeing a lineup that looked like the following: Biggio Freddy Vlad Smoak Tellez Grichuk Teoscar Jansen Alford Freddy probably gets moved down, but he's hot right now. I think Drury is a 4A player...his trajectory reminds me of JP Arencibia...the book is out on Drury..he's a K machine....I have slightly more hope for Gurriel as he doesn't K as much, but he could use some time in the minors. Brito is another 4A player and hanson is a 25th man player, but Urena might be a better 25th man......

    he's Juan francisco with no power....at least Juan could do some damage the odd time a pitcher made a mistake.

    Pillar for sure...but I think Alford is an upgrade on Grichuk in centre as well....Grichuk is a below average centre fielder....

    It's hard to say, but that Alford kid might be better than Brito.

    what a night...back on top and Vlad 2 for 3 with a double a homer and a walk...Alford 2 for 4 with a homer and a double...Biggio 2 for 4 with a single and a double.....Go Jays!

    please...you're going off 2 games....he's still a ground out machine. He's not finishing the season with a ground ball rate of 41%. His FIP is 2.74. Sanchez doesn't give up a ton of homers. He's getting the most swing and misses of his career. I'm not sure what you want out of the guy. He's never going to have pinpoint command.

    I was going to mention it earlier actually...his curve looks much better this year.

    Tellez' defense didn't look too bad there.

    The Sox have a great hitting lineup and Sanchez didn't drop a routine pop up. Sanchez has looked good this year.

    I'm fine with a DH that can post a .900 OPS year in and year out...if he develops into that the rest doesn't matter.
