    If we lose 4 to boston, and go 6-4,we'll probably end up being more than 7 games behind the division leader. Two games above .500 at AS break is not a goal jay fans should strive for. And that 1989 team had Cito taking over at the helm and eventually captured TWO WS championships. it's almost imperative that the jays sweep boston and go 7-3 the next 10 games. GO JAYS GO !! CLAP CLAP CLAP !

    " Rogers not really a fluke but will not keep up this pace. " What does this even mean..what pace.. keep winning ? No, he will have the odd bad game like anyone, but what do you expect of him? What makes many here think hutch won't flop, and drabek..imo he's not even a starter. Rogers sinker is his best pitch right now, he's hardly a 2-pitch pitcher, not anymore.

    No, the the first poster, you had to let him know for some unknown reason, that his post was hard to read. Actually, it was easy to read, now I don't agree with everything he said, but I understand exactly why he wrote it and what he's trying to do. P.S. in case you don't know this, you don't HAVE to be in on every thread.. or do you..anyhow I won't go there. Besides, I find 6% of your posts/replies entertaining.

    Yes, things are finally falling in place with the jays. Now is it because of BL's absence..I doubt it, but we'll know when he gets back. Imagine if we had a league average catcher and 2nd baseman ! If only the crappy rays could've won one of the games today. No downward spiral yet from boston, so let's hope we can give em a kick start in that direction with the 4 game sweep in the next series coming up, that would be huge .

    Most 31 year old men can out perform a 21 year old in physical prowess providing they are of similar body shape and weight, so not being a kid is a plus. Of course a 21 year old has more good years to go , but that's another issue.
