Another error at 2nd -
I firmly believe AA will shop some players but not guys we can't replace from the system . Guys that are free agents . Shop but doesn't mean he pulls the trigger . Johnson, Raja Davis , Izturis/ Bonifacio , Oliver and maybe even Wang if He gains value in the next month and a half. Not saying we can replace pitchers like JJ but WTF we aren't winning with him and he is a free agent , Gose can replace Raja and Oliver isn't needed anymore .

Yep , I have been battered in every league but especially the tank . Still I have been gone so much this year I haven't put the effort in but when you have 4 pitchers on the DL most of the year your done in the tank . My Hold,em team has been hit in pitching DL but I have one of the best offenses so I,m hanging in there in the top ten . Hope to get my pitching back and make a run.

Sometimes you catch lightning in a bottle and we certainly are due for some after all the injuries we have had . Rogers has improved every time out there and is still young He may just be able to figure it out . Changing speeds and fastball command can make a huge difference . He has decent enough stuff to start . Wang could also be a good pickup . I expect him to get better and if the defense doesn't s*** the bed behind him we could get some quality starts out of the guy . It's not like we should expect top of rotation guys to come in here when they are our 11 or 12th choice .

The way they keep throwing Bonifacio out there at 2nd in spite of his poor defense and worse bat tells me they really want that to work out . Saki is perfect for the utility role . I think he would come in and work counts even when he only gets 4 or so AB,s a week and he is better defensively than those two . Still he will be optioned cause he has them and the others don't . I just hope AA can get something out of one of the other two

can someone please start tweeting that to JPA , Every frigging day. If a bunch do it he will have a tough time blocking everyone . He is a disaster at the plate right now

not signing Bickford would piss me off . Think what our farm system would look like if we still had Paxton , Beede and Bryant in the system even after the trades . I know this draft is supposed to be mediocre but still a top pick is a top pick. Shipley was available and this was a college pitching heavy draft . -
Jay these GDT s are as full of whinners and bitchers as bad as the old board . Obvious to me some have no clue how the game is played they just come on here to cry and bitch . wish juice would bann about 20 of them and we could come to a board and just talk baseball .

thole did not have a good game . I was not impressed . Hopefully he learns and improves . Disappointing that JJ did not pitch well but I blame a lot of that on Thole , First inning seemed to me JJ was hitting the glove but it was a foot outside a lot of the time , seemed like he had really good stuff . We need JJ to have 4 or 5 really solid starts so we can get full value from him in a trade . I personally think had he been pitching well right now There are teams like the cards and Reds who would pay dearly for him .

The Two guys most counted on were Romero and Morrow . RR has self destructed and Morrow is either hurt or inconsistent . JJ is an FA that will get overpaid so we are left with RAD and MB . Who knows how Happ pitches coming back from almost getting his head removed .

The fact that they took prep arms in the draft and avoided the college ( Shipley ) guys in a college heavy draft makes me think we have to start doing something like this . Even trading Oliver once healthy they still have Perez coming back . I really like Cecil in the pen but I have no clue who we will have as starters next week let alone next year What a frigging mess .

This team has so screwed RR,s confidence that I'm not surprised he chucked their Mechanics changing s*** out the window and is doing things his way . AA was so despeate that he totally destroyed the guys mental ability to pitch . Now I hope he gets back to form but i suspect it won't happen with us and we will eat that 19 mil .Stupidity

Not sure if this has been posted but AA on the radio with Bowden and Duquette stated they really wanted a bat but they were gone and so to the best on their board

Still hasn't gained the velocity of his hard knuckle ball that was key to his run last year . Not hopefull that we see along run till he gets that. JJ hopefully pitches like last nite so we can get full value in july at the deadline -
