pretty much have to take it series by series and try and win each one , go 10 and 5 for the rest of June and creep close to 500 . Then get some of the 9 guys we have on the DL back and try and make some teams sweat.

Kev , I liked the big Wang deal cause we had nothing at this point and who knows . Even with the s***** infield defense we have he could bridge us with a couple of quality starts ( Catching lightning in a bottle ) till we get some pitching back and who knows when JJ and Morrow go back on the DL . He,ll give up his hits but if we can turn some double plays behind him and he doesn't give up that big inning we could win some of his starts with our offense and then if we have a double header or god forbid more injuries we still have Jenkins in AAA . better Wang than Bush, Vargas or Ortiz .

I just get f***ing pissed off when people talk about the free agents we should have signed especially the ones who are playing well . They seem to forget the ones who they wanted AA to sign and aren't playing worth a s*** . Do you really think AA didn't try the free agent route . Hoiw many did he talk to that stated they were not interested in playing for the Jays . We have been spurned so much trying the FA route that we even had to overpay for Melky IMO . They didn't want to play in toronto . neither did Buehrle , JJ or Reyes but they didn't have a frigging choice . Happ with a freak injury , Dickey unable to throw his 80 mph knuckle ball cause he is pitching hurt , JJ hurt after coming back and pitching strong last year . Exactly , which is why when we do get some pitching depth that is coming we put him on the DL and try and get him healthy enough to be able to throw his hard knuckle ball

I have a feeling we will put him on the DL if guys come back and others still pitch well .If he can't throw the hard knuckler he just isn't the same guy .

He has thrown out the new mechanics and basically told the Jays he is going to do this on his own . I think he finally got pissed at himself and the organization . He may never trust AA and Walker/Hentigan again If ever there is an example of how to destroy a struggling pitchers confidence the Blue jays have done it .

good game , haven't watched many this year but watched the last two and it almost seems like this team is gelling . Something we didn't do in ST . Might have happened a lot soon but for the WBC . I really liked the Wang signing , no risk and who knows ,in spite of our terrible infield we could catch lightning in a bottle . Would be a real boost to the team and fanbase if they could sweep this series

We need to showcase Oliver cause Relievers are always worth more at the trade deadline than any other time . A lites out Oliver could net us something

It has been two years of DL absolutely crazy . You have to believe some things will turn around but next year we should have rotation depth with Hutch and Drabek . just have to replace JJ and have someone ready for Morrow's yearly DL stays . pray Dickey gets his 80 mph knuckler back and Rogers continues to improve and get lucky .

Team has talent just no frigging rotation .. That could change and this team could finsally gel and be competetive . If that is the case Rogers may MAY add some funds but I don't see huge increases. Still I believe AA was asked by Rogers to spend and get competative
