    When is the league trimming down the number minor league teams? This could have something to do with these position layoffs. They may have coaches on the cut teams that they like better for the fewer jobs. And if they are almost finished up with the alternative site for this year it makes sense to inform these coaches right away so it gives them the most time possible to find jobs for next season.

    I agree, Edwin is on bad terms with the fan base. He should be. He turned down the Jays ABOVE market value offer and signed with a different team for less. How could he do this to us after all the support and love we had given him.

    Do we offer to bring Stroman back on a cheap contract once he's still on the FA list end of next spring training? I think he'll come crashing down to reality when he doesn't get the big contract he wants from one of the teams he deems worthy of his unparalleled skills.

Jose got upset with the team because we didn't give into his contract demands. Would you like to be paying him $30M this year and on the hook for $30 next?
