    I think it's fine for the 19 year olds that are in A ball to be piggy backed. Gives them tougher competition while also limiting their innings.

    Piggybacking makes sense in the low minors. Allows you to develop more starting pitchers at once. Instead of being limited to 5 starters being developed in A- or A, you can have up to 10 starters on each team.

    You don't really need a 2nd catcher in the playoffs. You'd only need them if the starter got injured.

    For his career Sanchez has pitched better with 5 days of rest over 4 days. Stroman has pitched worse. Even though he struck out slightly more batters, his walk rate was almost 1.5 times higher. These are small sample sizes though. Sanchez = 16 starts on 4 days, 9 starts on 5 days Stroman = 21 starts on 4 days, 14 starts on 5 days

    I'm scared North knows something I don't though. He proposed the trade last night, I countered with some tweaks, and he accepted it in ~1 minute.
