  1. It's an honour to win the DDL Championship finally after all these years! Happy to cross this one off the list. Wasn't an easy path. One of my favourite leagues and I'm happy to have my name up with all the greats!
  2. My bats came up huge today and saved my ass. Was losing 8-5 to start the day and needed to flip some offensive categories to have a chance. Picking up Jorge Lopez was a huge mistake today and could have lost it for me. If TCA got an extra save and flipped OBPA which was still possible with him having Plutko starting, he would have won. I was keeping an eye on the Rockies/Dodgers game since it was close and he had Diaz.
  3. Thanks man. It was an ugly matchup that's for sure. Both of our teams scuffled all week long and it was tight till the very end.
  4. I think I missed my window in the 4h and 5th haha.
  5. f*** sorry about wanking off. Made my two picks.
  6. Marte is a wasted bench spot for me, but yeah TCA having 4 is really tough.
  7. Mike Green
  8. Took Rose and T. Ross.
  9. Having Buchholz and Shoemaker back next season would be nice. Need some veteran arms to round out the rotation.
  10. I prefer Fantrax over Yahoo by a large margin. Yahoo has just kept the status quo over the last decade, not making any real improvements whatsoever. Yahoo isn't dynasty league user-friendly as Fantrax is. Fantrax is just so much better in every aspect. It takes time to get used to, but it's far superior. Most of us in the DDL are in the LOD anyways, so I don't think the transition would be difficult by any means.
  11. Took Dragic and DeAndre Jordan
  12. Kevin Fiala
  13. Took Ricky Rubio and Kelly Oubre Jr.
  14. Was contemplating Lonzo over Conley a couple of picks back, but decided Conley (even despite his age) was too good to pass up at that spot.
  15. I'm thinking about purchasing it as well. That's not a bad price. Same as MLB TV Premium I think.
  16. If I ever get picks that are back-to-back again in a draft, I'm ok with opting out of having a double window. Again, sorry for today but work was crazy. My remaining picks, just give me the one window then, I don't have a problem with that.
  17. I'll take Mike Conley and Kevin Love. Didn't have any down time at work. Just saw the e-mail now, sorry guys.
  18. Jordan Eberle
  19. Took Vucenic
  20. Took Jamal Murray
  21. Sorry guys. Was on the road. Took Ayton from Phoenix. Going young here. Maybe a little reach but ah oh well.
  22. I'll take KLaw with one of my first two picks. Deciding on who to take next.

How much were tickets? Corks inside the Longos is a great bar to head to before the game. Great beer selection and food at very reasonable prices. The wings and pizza are quite good. Sit at the bar though if you could for faster service, but for the most part the service is pretty good. Will be busy before Raps games. If you want a good place for cocktails and late night eats, Ellven is actually quite good. A little on the pricey side, but the food is good and its right outside the Scotia Arena. You might bump into a player around that area or one of the coaches inside the restaurant later after the game, since some players/coaches live in the condos up above. If you want something more casual and are good to walk further, Bar Hop on King Street or the location on Peter and Queen are great for craft beer and late night eats. Inside the arena, try to visit the Hot Stove Club or Scotia Club at halftime. Great bartenders, and drinks and could squeeze in a good app if you order right away or could go before the game and order for halftime. Hot Stove Club is always jammed packed for Leafs games, though for Raps games its always easy to get a spot. When it was the ACC club, everyone was allowed in but since its now the Scotia Club, sometimes they give you a hard time when entering. I'm good friends with one of the bartenders at the Scotia Club. Either one is good though! For merch, the Sports Chek across the street is really good. If you want stuff customized then Real Sports inside the arena is your best bet.
