    Yeah Teo after 2023 likely gets 20M + per season if he puts together a 3 WAR season with the Mariners. Swanson is at least under control for 3 seasons which is the plus.

    Nice signing by the Guardians. If Zunino is healthy, he can definitely hit out 30 HR's and provide good defense behind the plate.

    Yeah sorry should have specified haha. Yeah a minor league deal obviously. Probably has to be a dumpster bin 4th OF since most know they won't be playing everyday or platooning. Out of the guys who could be had on MiLB deals, Brinson or Pillar wouldn't be bad.

    Some RHB 4th OF options that could be signed cheap likely: - Lewis Brinson: wouldn't be a bad upside guy who was considered a top prospect coming up. Just 28 still. - Kevin Pillar: if this was 2015, just imagine haha. Having him as a backup wouldn't be bad.

    Yeah I think the Conforto dream is gone as well. No way this team spends $15M + on him right now. If they add another outfielder, it's via trade or they just sign another 4th outfielder who can play CF.

    I know I harp on the Leafs a lot and bust Spanky's chops all the time, but happy to see the Leafs doing well this season.

    Yeah better use that money on other areas that need to be upgraded and role with Kikuchi as your No. 5 since he's being paid.

    Yeah hoping the Bassit signing ends up like Happ from 2016-2018. Definitely will take that in a heartbeat!

    Yeah good Baltimore hasn't signed any big name FA's yet. All the top shortstops are off the board with only Swanson still available. Yankees pretty much have kept the status quo so far with only bringing Judge and Rizzo back. If they sign Rodon, definitely improves their rotation. Boston has been meh and likely will take another step back. Rays will always be the Rays though so never count them out.

    Bo definitely benefits the most from that Correa deal. He's getting $350M for sure.

    That's a great contract for the Giants. Thought Strip could have got more in this market. As a No. 5 starter, would definitely brought him back at 2/$25M.

    At first, wasn't crazy about the Bassit contract but after the other contracts handed out this offseason, seems like a great signing. I know Bassit isn't sexy but he solidifies the rotation which is the most important thing. Kind of reminds me how the Jays under Atkins went out and signed Happ in 2016 after it looked like he figured things out at an older age. So definitely see value with Bassit if he continues this moving forward.

    I would be okay with that incentive. If he wins comeback player of the year, he likely hits 30+ HR's and posts a 4 WAR season.

    I thought of the Mattingly connection but Bellinger wasn't up in the Majors when he was manager so didn't think anything of it. Same here. Most I would go on Belly is 15M. He should settles somewhere for $12-15M. Anything close to $20M for a guy who has struggled for three seasons is asking too much.

    Yeah we'll see how their new QB does. That defense is what will win them games, and we've seen teams with superior defenses and awful QBs win the SuperBowl before. Aaron Rodgers would look great in a 49ers uniform!

    Yeah after losing deGrom, Mets are definitely eager to replace him with an arm like Verlander. I could see the Mets going a guaranteed third year.

    With that defense sure. But they need a QB. Eagles still probably when they play at home.

    Yeah White and Kikuchi as your projected 6th and 7th starters is more than fine and probably a lot better than most teams around the league.

    Leafs at least got a point. Definitely a winnable game though. Bad turnover at the start of OT. Was impressed by the way they played still. Murray could have stopped that shot in OT.
