    Yup. They do near the end of their tenure with the Tribe and get traded before they become worthless. Even earlier, Fausto Carmona haha. I think Shane Bieber gets traded either at the deadline or offseason. He doesn't seem as elite anymore but I'm sure they'll get an amazing package for him.

    Yeah I think it's a bit of both. Also I think none of us or the front office expected the AL East to be this good. A lot of us thought Boston was only going to win 70 something games, and the Orioles were going to be maybe an 85 win team because they never made any big additions. Yankees didn't look like they were going to be as elite but they still were going to be good. Rays probably along the same lines as last season 90 something win team instead of what they're on pace for this season.

    Shapiro from a business perspective has been one of the best Presidents this team has had. Blue Jays are definitely generating a lot of money and he's made huge upgrades to the in-game experience which will pay dividends, even if this team on the field is just mediocre. I think Shapiro definitely has his eyes sets on being the next commissioner. He definitely has the resume for it and would do a great job!

    Shapiro and Atkins can bring back the 2014 Kluber. Especially with the state of the art pitching lab the Jays have in Dunedin!

    I wouldn't consider the Rangers or the Orioles World Series contenders at this moment in time. If they make the Postseason, sure they can go on a run like we saw the Phillies did last Postseason, so anything could happen. I maybe only consider 4 - 5 teams World Series contenders (Braves, Dodgers, Astros, Rays) but even still they could all get knocked out in the DS or CS.

    Rangers are probably a wildcard contender. Whether they make the wildcard is another question. They probably will be active at the trade deadline if they're still in it.

    Yeah Jays were winning some of those close games in early-mid April. They looked like a different team from last season. Though now, they're losing a lot of winnable games and falling back in the standings. The bats need a big outburst.
