  1. I'd take the Bogey side.
  2. I never want to see Zeuch in a Blue Jays uniform again
  3. Evan White and Domingo German are available for a late round draft pick.
  4. They project to be a top-5 team in baseball RoS. Taillon has good peripheral numbers. And Cole is a huge part of their rotation, you can't just look outside of him. Severino is coming back by July.
  5. Jesus Christ. They are 5-8, and we are barely passed the midway point of April. This is pathetic.
  6. Player development is a big reason. Pull up any random minor league team from a good player development org. like the Yankees and you'll have a team full of pitchers with no one who throws under 95. Pitching has just gotten really good. Add in the stuff mentioned above and that's how you get to where we are today. Teams also value strikeouts more than they used to. Less and less pitch to contact pitchers these days.
  7. What is Kohei Ariharas K-rate this season?
  8. I believe something is wrong. They held him out of spring training until around the mid/end of March. They've barely used him this season - only 3 games so far and he's gotten torched in each of them. Seems off. Wouldn't be surprised to see an IL stint in the near future. He had a strained rotator cuff last playoffs. I really doubt he's healthy right now.
  9. Devin Williams blows chunks now or what?
  10. True on the first sentence. It could just be unlucky though. I think I read he's shooting like 3% over the past couple of seasons.. I don't think he's s*** however and is a tweak/regression to the mean away from being perceived as good again. I mean there's clearly some reason for optimism in those numbers. Some team would be wise to lock him up for a discounted multi year extension and probably comes out looking good on it.
  11. He's not s*** he just can't score. Still an elite playdriver and offensive player. Probably a combination of having a bad shot and bad shooting luck. Also, 29 years old is getting up there if you consider NHL players on average peak at 24.
  12. You should call Manfreds office, and let him know.
  13. I'm sure they'll take your complaint very seriously.
  14. OR save your money and use the streams everyone else does, for free.
  15. Holy s*** man Don't usually agree with saskjayfan but this is really bad
  16. “Bum’s a good hitter, he’s a real good hitter, and I was looking for a little bit of slug in that situation,” Lovullo said. "I wanted to end the game right there. I was looking for him to drive the baseball and I’ve seen him do it a long time"
  17. To recap, - The Dbacks clawed their way back from 5-0 deficit against the Reds to tie the game. - They get a 2 out walk in the 9th to bring up the pitchers spot. - Torey Lovullo opts to pinch hit.. Bumgarner, he of a 44 wRC+, instead of Stephen Vogt (an actual decent hitter!) or Geraldo Perdomo. - Bumgarner pops up to the pitchers mound and the inning is over. - The Dbacks lose in extras in the 10th inning. I'm probably going to lose sleep over this.
  18. What the ever living f*** was that?
  19. The Diamondbacks just pinch hit Bumgarner in the 9th inning of a tie game with a runner on 1st base. Holy f***. They have Stephen Vogt on the bench. I can't believe what I just witnessed. Are they trying to lose?
  20. I got them at 1.83 tonight and 1.93 last night. Not exactly s***** odds
